Fine Art Watercolor

Learn to paint with watercolor. I have been using watercolor as my primary medium for over thirty years, as an architectural illustrator and as a painter. This workshop will start by covering basic techniques progressing to advanced methods over time. Most students are beginner to intermediate. The atmosphere is fun, and we will work from photographic reference material, examples of great paintings by famous watercolorists, still life set ups etc.

 

Watercolors are challenging but very rewarding- and there is a wide variety of approaches and methods. My goal is to cover all of them if possible and help others learn to express themselves as they wish.-Jon Messer
