Being mindful is focusing one's awareness on the present moment. After centering ourselves with a 10 minute guided meditation, we will tap into the inner child artist. There are no mistakes, no preconceived notions of the end product, it's all about the process and does not require any experience or artistic ability. Free supplies, cheese and crackers, non-alcoholic beverages, and probably cake :)
